this looks really nice, i love how you did the hair here, making the hair thinner from below is always a great touch 
, also i love the neck here (unlike all my drawings) it's suits the head size perfectly, which made it looks realistic, and the same thing for the shoulders.
, also i love the neck here (unlike all my drawings) it's suits the head size perfectly, which made it looks realistic, and the same thing for the shoulders. the only things i think that are a little off are the face features, first the places of each feature aren't exactly right, have you tried to do face lines? such as the ones here exemi.deviantart.com/art/Quick… ? you won't believe how useful they're, you draw the vertical line in the middle of the face, and the horizontal line a a little above the middle of the face, so when you draw them, you can simply just know the places of the face features, the mouth would be in the middle of the vertical line, as well as the nose, and the eyes would be above the horizontal line, and the distance between each eye and the vertical line should be the same, and i also think it needs a little more shading, it would make it more realistic 
i still think it's really nice though, great job, and keep on improving
